About Bullers Wood School for Girls

If you have any other ideas or issues that you would like the school council to discuss please speak to any of the council representatives who will forward your thoughts to the council. As you can see, we aim to support every aspect of the school with the key criterion that funds are used for the benefit of the students in general.

We are consulted on many matters, such as the appointment of the new Headteacher, curriculum changes, dress code, ways to encourage attendance and behaviour and contact books.

Friends of Bullers Wood have for many years raised additional funds for the school through a Covenant Scheme. All ideas that have come from students! Minutes are taken and action notes recorded and allocated to members to implement. Of course, if homeworrk are able and wish to contribute more than this the school will benefit all the more.
